To Secure any treatment we require a deposit paid at the least a week before the choosen date.
Cancellation won’t be accepted later than 48h before the appointment and in a case of missed appointment or late cancellation deposit is non refundable.
We treat our clients with respect and hope it will work both ways. If you have not been asked for deposit and did not show up for your appointment we will ask you to cover the cost of the appointment before we will be able to see you again. You have to understand, it is time we could use to see another client.
